To quote accurately we need four things. Send them in one message and we will come back with a number, usually within a working day.
- The width of the opening, in feet or metres.
- The height from the fixing point down to the floor.
- A photo taken straight on, showing the ceiling and both sides.
- Your location — town and state.

How fast will I get a quote?
Usually within one working day, provided you send the opening width, the height and a photo. Without those we can only give a range.
Do you install outside Klang Valley and Penang?
Yes. Our showrooms are in Selangor and Penang, and we install nationwide through our installer network. Tell us your town and we will confirm.
Can someone come and measure?
Yes, for confirmed projects. For a first quote a photograph and a rough measurement is enough and saves everyone a trip.
Do you work with architects, ID firms and developers?
Yes. For project work it is worth talking at the design stage, when fixing points are still easy to plan.
